What Causes Headache, Nausea And Lower Abdominal Cramps?

I am 49 years old and have pregnancy symptoms: headache, nausea, cramps lower abdomen, breast tenderness... my last period was October 25, 2016. I took a dipstick pregnancy test this morning- negative. I DO NOT wish to be pregnant-talk about a life destroyer at this age. Can Menopause cause these same symptoms? The additional symptom that scared me the most was I noticed a white milky vaginal discharge that started 2 days ago

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to vaginal infection, pelvic inflammatory disorder, hormonal imbalance, cervicitis.
In absence of other cause appendicitis should be rule out.
I would suggest to consult gynecologist and undergo vaginal examination, vaginal swab test, routine blood tests and USG scan to confirm cause.
Specific treatment depend on cause.
Take tablet acetaminophen
Tablet meftal saps
Tablet pantoprazole + domperidone
Vaginal suppository of clingen and lactobacillus
Wash vagina with warm salted water 2-3 time a day then apply apple cidar vinegar
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene by using V Vaginal plus wash
Drink plenty of water and eat healthy diet
Hope this may help you

Contact further if follow up needed
Best regards
