What Causes Headache, Joint Pain, Tiredness And Diarrhea?

I feel bad all the time my joints are hurt my hands are rose tingling and going numb and cold my lower back hurts I have diarrhea all the time I get headaches once in awhile and I ve never had headaches I m tired all the time I just want to know it s wrong and the doctors can t seem to find anything

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have headache, joint pain, tiredness and diarrhea . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like medication reaction or side-effect , food poisoning , irritable bowel syndrome , traveler's diarrhea , gastroenteritis ,and hyperthyroidism . I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper diagnosis . Doctor may order stool test , blood test or also order endoscopy to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe lopramide , antibiotics , laxatives or analgesic . Doctor may also refer you to endocrinologist in case of hyperthroidism. Foctor now take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain and take ORS to prevent dehydration .
