What Causes Headache Followed By Double Vision?

On Nov 11th, I had a massive headache, followed by double vision and nearly perpetual headaches. I also have sinus symptoms. PA (UrgyCare) gave me antibiotic + prednazone, ophthamologist said the doube vision appeared to be due to muscle palsy from the sinusitis. Occular Neurologist said it was an eye stroke and ha ordered an MRI, which I m trying to schedule for asap. How long should I wait for the MRI? Patiently or urgently?

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
should consult ophthalmologist for complete eye checkup antibiotic and steroid drop not required before diagnosis muscle palsy can be diagnosed by testing ocular movment since youhave crossed the age optometry by eye patching.can not help and only cosmatic surgery can be done. visual acuity should be tested sinus involvement can be confirmed by x-ray pns and treatment is antrum wash out and observation for pain and nasal congestion. nasibion nasal drop can be applied. since you have taken MRI can wait for involvement of area effecting area of cranial nerve controlling controlling eye muscle.
