What Causes Headache, Dizziness, Runny Nose And Chest Pain While Coughing?

my friend has been dizzy and having bad headaches, his throat hurts, his stomach hurts, his nose is runny, he is shaking and he has been throwing up blood for 2 days. took asprin yesterday morning and didnt ease up. When he coughs left side of his chest hurts.

Related to your symptoms I think this is complicated viral situation maybe with pneumonia but to have a right prompt diagnosis need a physical examination, pulmonary auscultation by a doctor, chest radiography and lab exam full blood count. But according throwing up blood I need some specifics like how many bloods was there, what color has blood, or if you start vomiting blood after taking the aspirin. Vomiting blood (hematemesis) refers to significant amounts of blood in your vomit.Small streaks or flecks of blood in material you spit up may come from the teeth, mouth or throat and isn't usually considered vomiting blood . So, in your case I need more explanation to say if you need a fibrogastroscopi or not. I suggest to explain it your doctor. Usually in this situation you should stop taking aspirin, but iburophen is better and if there is a complicated viral situation with pneumonia you need antibiotics prescribe by your doctor.
