What Causes Headache, Dizziness And Low Blood Pressure?
My husband has had a headache for almost three days. It came on Wednesday evening, and by bedtime it was migraine strength. He moaned and tossed all night long. Thursday he had a headache all day, but was able to function enough to work. He took an excedrin migraine and it helped enough he could sleep for a few hours, then was up feeling weird and dizzy . Today he stayed home sick, because he was concerned about getting to work safely and can t do much without feeling dizzy. I m getting worried! He s 32, average height and weight, healthy, habit free. At times he has problems with low blood pressure when he stands up. He felt he had a bit of a cold last weekend, but no cough, congestion or other symptoms. What can possibly be going on??

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have dizzy spells along with severe headaches and elevated blood pressure . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like stress and anxiety , low blood sugar and iron level , ear related problems like meniere's disease and migraine and symptoms of stroke . I would suggest you to consult cardiologist for proper examination without any delay to prevent any further complication . Doctor may order , ECG , TMT , complete blood profile , troponin t test and chest x-ray . Doctor may refer you to ENT specialist if he/she find problem to be related with ear . For now stay calm , take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain and avoid bending forward .Also drink plenty of water .
