Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have headache, dizziness and black eye after a head injury . Well small headaches are common after a head injury and should subside on its own or with mild painkillers like paracetamol.Black eye is due to hematoma or subdural hemorrhage . Here are some of the red flags which you should be aware of 1. If the pain does not subside or increases even after 2 days or if there are any unusual symptoms like confusion, altered consciousness or severe headache , then consult neurologist without any delay to rule out condition like concussion . Doctor may order CT scan or MRI and treat it accordingly . Doctor may drain the blood and recommend icing and various therapies .
