What Causes Headache , Cough And Fatigue?

Thank you! I have a slight headache, cough that produces clear phlem, fatigue, off-on chilling and temperature. Temperature has dropped from 101.2 last night to normal today. I expect this to be just a cold and intend to return to work tomorrow. Does this sound correct?

Symptoms more sound like a routine flue. Consume plenty of fluids, helps to keep your body well hyderated. Just in case symptoms persist you might as well see your doctor.
