What Causes Headache, Cold Sweat, Chills And Loss Of Appetite?

good evening Doctor... I have had headache, cold sweat, chills and no appetite for 48 hrs now!!!! I m a 44 year male in good shape... what do u recommend ??? I think I have a head cold not sure.....! what do you think ohhh ps I only sleep for 30 minuted at a time!! Thank you ron

I understand your concern.
In my opinion all the symptoms you describe may be related to a viral infection such as a common flu.
Have you measured your temperature during the last days? Do you feel body pain or weakness?
Loss of sleep and apetite is common during flu. Cough and respiratory problems may come later.
I recommend you see a doctor and have at least a routine blood test.
