What Causes Headache, Bleeding Nose And Heart Pain?
I ve had a headache for about 3 weeks, some days it s really bad but mostly it s bearable and I can function normally. My nose bleeds just about everyday, was about once a week until a week or so ago. If I take a deep breath in my heart aches. I ve had a constant pain almost behind my heart area, maybe my lung? Both my elbows ache and my other joints on and off. I went for a swim a week ago and ever since my ears feel like they need to pop.

I really appreciate your concern, headache could be due to migraine, because of the cold condition nose must be having some lesion and that could be the cause of bleeding, chest pain could be nonspecific unless it is being investigated and found something, it is not the pain due to lung, joint pain can be managed with Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day, over all condition are not due to any disease and no need to worry about this, hope this information helps.
