What Causes Headache At The Back Of Head?

Hi, Im a 16 year old girl and for the past few years I ve had serval terrible headaches to the point that i would crunch up in a ball and cry. I can t touch the back of my head without feeling pain. I can t lie on it either. I get headaches daily and very easily. Loud noises, looking up, down, frowning, just about everything gives me a headache. I have on now as well. Is this common?
