What Causes Headache, Anxiety, Upset Stomach And Bruise Feeling In Chest?

My neck, chest, and ribs are really tender. They feel bruised but they aren't. suffering from headache. aches, hot sweats. last night I had trouble sleeping felt like I was having anxiety attacks while half asleep half awake. Upset stomach, loose stools. any ideas what's wrong?
