General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

A headache is in relation to sinus congestion through possible viral or bacterial infection.

Along with analgesic and decongestant medications, inhalation of vapours of boiled water added tincture benzoin, deep breathing exercises will help tremendously.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Purva Patel, General & Family Physician
