What Causes Headache And Vertigo After A Cataract Surgery?

I have recently had cataract surgery on both eyes and I am experiencing headaches and vertigo. I was near sighted, but now I am farsighted, I can t focus on anything at arms length without getting dizzy. Prescription glasses or readers do not help. My eye doctor has no answers for me.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello there
I understand your concern

Hope it is not hypertension as this is the most common cause for your problems .Do get it checked though .
However it could be a problem of the middle ear also at your age

Do consult your ENT physician too.
Hope that helped
