General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Swollen lymph nodes are indicative of infection. You are suggested to visit an ENT & get physically examined. It can be allergy or throat infection/ Pharyngitis. Get blood test & throat swab test (for C/s test) done.

You may need antibiotics. In the meantime do warm saline gargle 2-3 times a day, you can also use Listerine water to gargle.

If you are sexually active, get STD tests done, to rule out STI & stay on the safer side. Sometimes, symptoms like swollen lymph nodes, headache and fatigue may be due to mono or kissing disease (infection with Epstein barr virus).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
