What Causes Headache And Sensitivity To Noise In A Child?

My SON IS 6 YEARS DOL, AT THE AGE OF 5 YEARS HE WAS DIGNOSED MACULAR SCAR IN RIGHT EYE DOCTOR ADVISED HIM OCCLUSION .

HIS RIGHT EYE IS NO COOPERATIVE AND VISION OF LEFT EYE IS 6/12.

FOR PAST THREE DAYS HE IS COMPLAINING SEVER HEADACHE, FEVER 100 F , IN SCHOOL WHEN HE COMES ACROSS NOISE OF HIS CLASSMATES AND STARTS CYRING.

WHEN SHOWED TO SPECIALIST DOCTOR VARIOUS PATHALOGICAL DIAGNOSIS WERE DONE LIKE TYPHIDOT TEST-Img, sggot,sgpt,cbc, p/s, MP SMEAR, SERIUM IRON, tibc, antimalarial antigen-PVIVAX+FALCIPARUM.

EVERY THING CAME OUT NORMAL EXCEPT ELIVATED LEVELS OF TLC/DLC. AND TEMPERATURE REMAIN NORMAL THROUGHOUT THE DAY.

ONCE AGAIN HE COMPLAINED SEVER HAEDACHE WHEN HE REACHED THE SCHOOL.

WHAT COULD BE PROBABLE REASON AND THE RIGHT SPECIALITY I SHOULD SHOW HIM?
