What Causes Headache And Redness On The Face While On Tylenol And Ibuprofen?

My husband had gall bladder surgery 2 days ago. We have been alternating ibuprofen and Tylenol every 2 hours because he is very sensitive to narcotic pain mess. He now has a terrible headache, his face and neck are very red and hot. The rest of his body is normal. Could he have taken too much of the Ibp and Tyl?

Hello,

It may allergy to drug or side effects of post anesthesia or tonsilitis or pharyngitis etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Use tablet pantoprazole. Use antihistamine if necessary.

If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
