What Causes Headache And Persistent High BP?

I have had a real hard time controlling my blood pressure it useually runs 117/79give or take a few but since 10/31 mine has been high I went to hospital on 10/31 it was 197/117. they at that point gave me losinapril 50 mgs and I bottomed out. on Sunday they released me not feeling any better real bad head ache cant handle much light sound doesn t bother me much. they had me labbled as a fall risk. but released me anyways with my pressure 150/99. got real light headed and feel at the hospital but still said let her go. It is now 11/12 and I feel worst with pain in my head to the point I cant touch the lower part at the base. Pain going down my right harm into my hand and tightness in my chest . what should I do?

As per your description, it seems your blood pressure (BP) is still Not under control that's why you are feeling headaches, chest pain, uneasiness.
Consult physician as soon as possible. Get your BP checked.
Get your ECG done.
Start BP medication as per physician advice.

Take low salt and cholesterol diet.
Start meditation and yoga to keep stress level down.
