Hello and welcome to HealthcareMagic
Sir, kindly discontinue the thyroid supplement and see personal physician for a thyroid panel to include a TSH, T4,T3, measures minimally and discontinue all soy, broccoli, cauliflower as these foods can interfere with thyroid function. In addition, a multivitamin that contains the Recommended Dietary Intake (RDI ) of iodine and selenium may be taken.

It sounds as if the supplement acted detrimentally on your wife's thyroid and it is demonstrating a low level of function per the low body temperature and headaches. Objective is to obtain adequate recovery of thyoid function.

Please be well and visit me again at bit.ly/aYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY.
