What Causes Headache And Lightheadedness?

So I been having this for a couple of months and morning but everytime I wake up I get this headache and when I walk up a stair I get light headed my head will start to hurt on my right side im not sure if it s the lighting or something thanks for reading

Dear Patient,

the headache you are describing can have several reasons:

1: first i would suggest testing for a blood pressure problem, it could be too high or to low (see your gp to test it)
2: it could be a migraine or cluster headache, if possible see a neurologist to have an examination, he can perscribe you specific pain medication
3: get a general health checkup with your gp to rule out any other medical conditions.
