What Causes Headache And Fatigue While Suffering From Hypothyroidism?

Hello, I am suffering from subclinical hypothyroidism since past two years. I was recently on 50mcg of thyroxine and this is my report T3=1.33, T4= 9.4, TSH= 1.54
They say it's normal but I am experiencing lethargy headache weight gain and excessive loss of hair. Unable to study at all always feeling low and very irregular and scanty menstrual cycles. Please help

You are suffering from hypothyroidism and taking drug for that...

Let me know you your reports are within normal limits...

You have just started drug (as mentioned in history)...So wait for sometimes ....
To rule out hashimotos thyroiditis antithyroid peoxidase antibody detection can be done...

Regular follow up needed according to which dose adjusted ...

If your symptoms going to be increased than consultation to endocrinologist done for examination and accordingly further investigation ...
