What Causes Headache And Eye Pressure After Taking Systane Gel?
I have tremendous pressure behind my eyes, and a bad headache. I ve just recently started using Systane gel drops for dry eyes, and neomyc/polymyx/dexam ointment for eyelid and eyelash infections. Could the symtoms I have be caused by either one of those medications?

Consult an ophthalmologist and get evaluated. As of now, you can apply ice compression for symptomatic relief.
