Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,

You are advised to see either a neurologist or if possible a headache specialist (generally a subspecialty of neurology) in order to be assessed for your chronic headaches. Whether or not the headaches are a consequence of the head injury you suffered as a child would be the place of the examining physician to say since there is more history needed to draw that conclusion.

Your condition is, by all means, diagnosable and treatable as some type of headache syndrome and if you can hook up with the right doctor I'm sure you will find relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dariush Saghafi,
Neurologist
