What Causes Headache And Difficulty In Swallowing?

I had a couple of beers and noodles last evening and had headache almost a few hours from then, just now I tried to vomit putting my finger into my throat and succeeded but aftar i have done with it,it feels there is something stucked into my throat j can feel the uneasyness not to be able to swallow it,even drinking water makes me feel uneasy.Please suggest some remedies

According to your complain you have problem of difficulty in swallowing that may be because of gastroesophageal reflux disease lead to esophagitis....

Any diverticular also cause this type of symptoms..
Detail history and investigation give exact idea..

Endoscopy examination can done if needed....
Excessive straining during vomiting cause headach problem..
