Episodes of Headache with blurring of vision could be due to some organic problem in brain like tumor or it could just be migraine. You need to consult a neurologist for proper history and examination. he may advice you to get NCCT and MRI brain to rule out ant problem in brain. For symptomatic releif in headache use paracetamol 650 mg. Meet your neurologist for exact diagnosis.
