What Causes Headache Along With Stiff Neck And Nausea?

30yo healthy and fit female. Head ache, stiff neck, nausia, dizziness, blurred vision, heart palpitations/pain(when this happens breathing is difficult, stomach cramps, diarea/constipaion and sensitive and painful skin that is sometimes on the arm sometimes on shoulders. tested negative for lyme. Dr has run many many tests but still no diagnosis. it seems all the symptoms are getting progressively worse.

As per your query you have symptoms of headache along with stiff neck and nausea. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like strep throat , upper respiratory tract infection , viral pharyngitis and acid reflux. Sometimes infection spread from respiratory tract and reaches larynx and causes hoarseness of voice. I would suggest you to take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for headache and take benadryl twice a day. You should do neck stretching exercises and take proper rest. If symptoms doesn't get better in a days then consult ENT specialist for proper examination. Doctor may examine with laryngoscope , order throat swab test and viral culture test. Doctor may refer you to allergy specialist or gastroenterologist .
