Hi there, I was just wondering if you could help me understand if I need to go to the doctors or not. My sinus is slightly sore and i have a minor headache but my nose had randomly bled out of both nostrils today, the bleeding was a small amount but still enough to make me worry. I was using spray paint in my garage and came in and out of the room, could it be related to that? Thank you.
