General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

In my view, you should get examined by a physician to rule out sinusitis. All the symptoms you mentioned can be caused by inflammation of sinuses, and upper respiratory tract infections.

It can be easily diagnosed using a CT of head, or an x-ray PNS view. If needed antibiotics will be prescribed, depending on the sinuses involved and symptoms.

In meantime, you can take medication like Panadol for the complaints.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ayesha Shareef, General & Family Physician
