Hello!

My name is Dr. Aida and I am glad to attend you on Healthcaremagic!

The tremor of the head could be related to different possible causes: a cerebellar disorder, a cervical spine disorder, myastenic syndrome, neurodegenerative disorders, etc..
For this reason, I would like to review your brain MRI report. Further tests may be needed to investigate for the possible causes underlying your troubles:
- a repetitive nerve stimulation (electroneurography) for myastenic syndrome
- a cervical spine MRI study
- thyroid hormone levels
- blood electrolytes including magnesium, cooper and manganese
- vitamin B12 levels.

Do you have any family history of benign essential tremor? What is your age and past medical history?

You should discuss with your doctor on the above issues.
Kind regards!
