Hi,

First, you need to make sure you are not suffering from any physical diseases such as heart problems, hormonal problems.

Your treating doctor should perform a physical examination and will order EKG. Blood pressure test standing and setting. Test your hormones like Thyroid hormone, testosterone level. Test for VIT B12 and VIT D. Test your blood count to role out anemia.

If all comes back normal, you need to follow a healthy life style. Resistance training and healthy diet will help you gain strength and muscle mass. In return it will increase your androgen level. Thus you will feel stronger.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Ahmad Nazzal
