What Causes Head Ache While Speaking Loudly Or While Listening?

good after noon doctor... i dont know how to explain, i feel difficulty when i speak loudly ie, afterwards it seems to be my eyes are getting light emerges in and presence of headache. and i couldn t read from books , as only the white colour of book only seen and letters to be read is more difficult.i feels the same difficulty , when iam listening to a person for sometime continuosly. i suffering hedache when i rotates my head, even when looking sides.... me taking medicines for hedache for past 2 years, even i take vasograin and topiramate tablets daily. my xams are near, and i couldn t study as i do early .... iam facing tensions of the same. please doctor i want to get rid of this, i need your help, plzzzz

Your symptoms are suggestive of migrainous type of headache.The treatment of the same depends on various factors.Patients with migraine has to keep a migraine diary,enlist all precipitating factors that causes migraine.Reducing stress,anxiety also plays important role in reducing episodes of migrainous attacks.The medical treatment depends on drugs given for acute attack and drugs for prophylaxis.Keep in mind migraine is not related to brain tumor and you have to adjust your lifestyle to cope up with migraine.You can continue taking vasograin for acute attacks and topiramate dose might need change
