Hello. Thanks for asking from HCM.

I can understand your concern. You are having headache, nausea, blurred vision. It is not good. I don't know whether you have taken any pain killer. But if have already taken pain killer and still no relief in headache, then you should consult neurosurgeon as soon as possible. CT scan of head may by be advised to rule out fracture of skull bone, blood clot inside. Depending upon CT findings, you may be advised medical management or surgery. Meanwhile, you can follow these simple tips
: Keep your head at higher level than your chest
: In case of vomiting, turn head on side
: avoid drugs which cause sedation
: Observe dangerous signs and symptoms of head injury - vomiting, loss of consciousness, decreased consciousness, memory impairment, fits, bleed through nose/ear/throat, onset of new focal deficit.
: Do not drive or strain yourself.

Second scenario - If you have not taken any painkiller and more than 3 days have passed post injury, then you should take medicine like Diclofenac sodium for pain relief and Pantoprazole-domperidone combination for nausea relief after proper prescription. If you get relief in symptoms, then no need to worry. You will recover in few days.

Thanks. Hope it will help you. Take care.
