What Causes Hardness In The Stools?

Hello, I have a problem with my stool, it wasn't hard at all and it took half a hour or more to clean up after myself, I've started taking a imodieon (sorry about spelling) tablets once a morning, sometimes my stool isnt hard but doesn't take half a hour to clean up but still takes a long time and other times it's very hard and is quite hard to get out, I also eat a high fibre breakfest everyday, have you got any tips?? Thankyou R.H
