What Causes Hardness And Swelling On The Breast Nipple After Hitting?

I am fifteen years old and yesterday a friend hit my right breast near my nipple really hard. It was very painful (On a scale of 1-10 it would be a 8) and it began to swell. The pain and swelling began to calm down after little bit of time. (About 20 minutes) 24 hours later, my nipple stings and when I push on my breast near the nipple, it is hard. (My left breast is normal and is still soft when pressed on). Should I be concerned?
