What Causes Hard Vein Under The Testis After Circumcision?

I had a circumcision 15 days ago, and while the stiches are almost all disolved, I can feel a hard vein right below the glans..it gets harder as I get an erection...I am trying to see if everything is working correctly after the circumcision, so I tried to masturbate 3 days ago, although I know it is too early, but the wound felt OK, so as hard as my penis got, as HARD that vein got and it started to hurt... after like an hour I finally came but the ejaculation was crazy, it was like I was shooting from a rifle! Two days later I tried masturbating again and it was exactly the same : more pain as it gets hard, bone-like thing just half an inch below the glans, and rifle-like shooting ejaculation. Please tell me that I don t have to go through that hell of opening up my penis and cut stuff there... WHAT is that hard vein? did they cut my vein while doing the circumcision and now it is healing or something? By the way, even as flacid, I still can feel something hard there...

Hard vein below the glans after circumcision can be due to the following reasons:
This is called thromboplebitis or Phlebothrombosis.
Meaning inflammation in the vein thereby appearing hard and becomes prominent on erection and pains a bit on masturbation.
Nothing to worry, usually this is self =limiting and needs no special treatment as there is no redness or constant pain , hence no infection as such.

The projectile ejaculation is a good thing, so thing to worry about this too.
No, You will not require any surgery or cut again.

So relax. Carry on the life, Everything will be normal with time.
