What Causes Hard Tools With White Spots On It?

I have had very hard stools for 6 months and it may be because I take suboxone and recently there has been white spots on my stools, not spotty, and it doesn't look like worms, but they are definitely white and have been there for the past two stools. I'm scared

@ inner lining of our intestines in response to an infection, allergy or
inflammation. Too much of mucus make your stools look
whitish in color . Conditions such as IBS, Crohn`s disease , Colitis need
to be considered.
@ absence or lack of bile in stool - diseases of the liver, gall bladder -
hepatitis , cirrhosis , cholecystitis
@ drug induced as in your case Suboxone induced hepatitis or jaundice
enhanced by consuming alcohol.
* should get a stool examination report done & consult with report.
* stop suboxone right now.
