What Causes Hard Stool Movements?

Hi well basically everyday I wake up I usually use the bathroom and do a poop. But lately I haven t been and if I do around the day its small. When I stand up and pinch my belly there s a little fat but when I poke it it s hard and my belly sticks out however when I sit (very slouchy) I have like three fat rolls and can t feel the hardness anymore, I just want to know what s wrong? Am I bloated or is it stomach muscles? I used to have more belly fat before when I stood up and now I can only pinch a bit when standing what did I do?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history getting hard and small stools recently, have less belly fat on pinching but when you press you get the hardness.
As per the history you have provided, this looks to be the colon which is loaded with fecoliths.
I would advise you the following:
Get an X-ray of the abdomen to see there is fecolith impaction of the large bowel. If there is fecolith impaction you may need saline+soap enema for evacuation.
Take laxative to ease the passage of bowel.
Avoid foods that cause constipation.
