What Causes Hard Mucus In The Sinuses?
I get a hard crusty mucus built up at the top of my sinuses. I can feel it stuck. Blowing my nose or sprays etc won t dislodge it. I have to snort then it goes down my throat but it gets stuck coming down. I ve hacked it up sometimes & its big, mostly dry & scabby looking but has some thick but not dry mucus on it & it looks like some dried blood.

I really appreciate your concern, you must be having some hard crusty formation but that might not be in sinus cavity, drink more water, have hot drink, "Tab Loratadine and Pseudoephedrine" three times in day would be fine, and this is nothing to worry, hope this information may helps you, take care and have a nice day.
