what causes hard inflamed knot like sores under the skin of the butt cheek and what is a solution for some of the pain. very painful or will it take a doctor and prescription I had a fever a few days ago; could this be part of it; since I have a virus or fever

Hi,

It seems to be furunculosis. It is a bacterial infection of the skin. You need to take a course of oral and topical antibiotics. Oral antibiotics are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
