Hi I am 54 years old I have noticed for awhile that my hands shake. In fact other people have pointed this out to me. I could be holding my sandwich waiting to pay for it or just putting my makeup on or even just watching TV at night. But once I notice it - it seems to STOP! I am getting very worried it might be something BAD! I take medication for SEIZURES Depakote . That s all I take as far as meds.
