What Causes Hair Loss While On Toprol XL?
I am 66 year old woman. The only med I take is 25 mg of toprol for an atrial flutter. Otherwise! I m in good health. I have been losing my hair. I cannot figure out why. Last week I went to health fair to do a blood draw and had all thyroid tests done. No results yet. What else could be the cause?

Consult a dermatologist and get evaluated. The hair loss may not be related to Toprol. As a first line management you can apply Minoxidil lotion for symptomatic relief.
