What Causes Hair Loss While On Biotin And Vitamin-B12 Shots?
Hi,I have a question? I am a middle aged women past menopause with hypothyroidism and other muscle and joint problems. I take B12 shots once a month and take biotin 5000 daily. I also take multivitamins and calcium. The question I have is my hair still coming out and thinning, and my nails are so thin they keep breaking and bending backwards, if biotin is a B supplement and I am taking shots once a month because my body does not absord it when I take it orally what should I do?

Your problem is probably due to your hypothyroidism. Send your latest thyroid profile report and are you taking any medication.
