What Causes Hair Loss, Blurry Vision And Numbness?

hi, i am 34 years old, 5'7 and just recently took a dive in weight loss dropping to 110, I am being treated for RA and fibromyalgia, but recently i have had knew symptoms like major hair loss, blury vision, and horrible pain. As i type this i am shaking all over. it is very difficult to type. The shaking started in my legs about an hour ago and has made its way north to upper body, although i am still shaking in my legs, just not as bad. I have had this happen before, but becoming more frequent, Horrible fatique, and numbness was in fingertips and toes, but latley when ever i get numbness it is whole arm and hands including fingers and feet but not always both at the same time. My doctor is not even sure if its fibromyalgia or not, I take predisone and methotreaxe for the last six months and continuing. Do you think it could be just a flare up of RA , did i tell you horrible pain in lower back close to buttocks, and upper spine towards neck, occasionaly headaces. I used to take norco for the pain, but doctor wants to see pain level for about a month without painmeds, hello it is a 20 and really the norco arent even strong enough. Been on those for over 5 years.. So what do you think it may be? Do you think i should stop my norco. Thank you Robyn (FEMALE_INDIANA_)
