Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain hemangioma is treatable by surgical as well as non surgical approach and non surgical approach includes use of sclerosing agents..

In case if the hemangioma has recurred you should consult a Plastic Surgeon or an Oral Surgeon and get thorough evaluation done and an MRI SCAN can be helpful in making a correct diagnosis and treatment..

First of all the physician /surgeon will follow non surgical procedure like application of sclerosing agent as it helps in shrinkage of the lesion..
At times steroid injection can also be advised..
If non surgical treatment is not effective re-surgery has to be done..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
