I went to a bonfire and when I got home my stomach started to feel gassy and I had gas pain. The next day I woke up early because i felt nauseous and I had the urge to go to the bathroom. i went and felt a little better. but the whole day i felt sick. I felt nauseous still, and I had a loss of appetite. I even had a low fever of 99.2-99.3.I also got my period that day. today i woke up and i felt better; i just felt a little light headed and dizzy but thats probably because i barely ate the day before. I ate a little more today, my appetite still hasnt fully returned but i ate a little more than the day before. Right now my stomach feels weird and is making gurgling noises and it hurts a very little bit and i feel a little nauseous. why does my stomach feel like this and why am i nauseous?
