What Causes Gum Swelling, Canker Sores On Lips And Night Sweats With Fever?

I ran a fever for 2 days straight and then my gums swelled up really bad. Also my lymph nodes in my armpits are sore I started taking some leftover antibiotics and finally started getting some relief of the fever. However today I got two huge canker sores on my lips and my bottom jaw (around my chin) is killing me. I ve also been having night sweats.

Hello! Thank you for using HealthcareMagic. I would suggest you first undergo some preliminary tests like complete blood count and peripheral smear examination to find out the abnormality. As for the swellings and enlarged lymph nodes, it would be good to undergo an FNAC (fine needle aspiration cytology)
