General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Reason is intestinal infection with some bacteria or virus. Curative guidelines are:
• Drink plenty of liquids preferably boiled water, coconut water, lemon juice, green tea, coffee, buttermilk
• Take small amount of soft diet with preferably fresh curd at intervals
• Avoid prolong fasting/overeating
• Avoid all junk foods, beverages, oily, non veg, spicy at present

In our clinic, we recommend tab Metronidazole, cap Prilosec, Lactobacillus tablets till full recovery. Keep your BP, weight levels under control. Avoid stress, anxiety, smoking, and alcohol.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
