Hi,
Gum bleeding can sometimes be seen during pregnancy for no specific reason. This is due to the increased vascular supply, thinned surfaces which can be traumatized easily and hemodilution. The hormonal changes of pregnancy make the tissues more susceptible to oral bacteria and lead to 'Pregnancy Gingivitis.' Please see a dentist for a proper diagnosis. Take proper dental care, brush regularly, use dental floss, soft tooth brush and avoid eating hard substances. Wish you good health.
