Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

As per your complain the symptoms that you are facing seems to be due to continuous and long term intake of same medication which can at times cause lowering of blood pressure as with time at times the need of the medicine concentration is reduced in the body and can cause such symptoms..

Gum bleeding can be due to medication while there can be additive cause that can be infection in gums..

I would therefore suggest you to immediately consult your treating Physician and get evaluated and he can either change the drug or reduce the dose of medication for improving the symptoms..

You can also get an ECG, 24 hours blood pressure monitoring and an Echo-cardiogram done to rule out the cause and treatment can be done accordingly..

Hope this helps..

Regards.
