Hi.
I've gone through your query and I can understand your anxiety.

Growth at the vaginal opening can be Vulvar or vaginal cysts ( usually occurring in the glands),
Fordyce spots, Varicosities, Ingrown hair, skin tags or Genital herpes.

Half are normal variants & half could be pathological. so it's good to do a physical & per - vaginal examination at the earliest.

There is nothing to feel bad about it. I advice you to consult a gynaecologist for further assistance.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care.

Regards,
Dr. Yogapriya V, General and family physician.
