I m 16 and I still have growing pains. And they are just as bad as they were when I first got them. I ve had them all my life since like I can first remember things. Except now they are kinda worse and I get clammy and ridiculous heat flashes at times. Is this normal? To still be having them randomly out of the blue?
Having into consideration your symptoms I would suggest checking thyroid function and Calcium and Vitamin D to exclude pathologies that cause these symptoms.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
